HAARP CBC Broadcast Weather Control - Did USA cause Japan's Sunami?

CBC Broadcast about the HAARP Project in Alaska

Could they have caused the Japan Sunami? Could they do such a heartless, dasterdly thing. Wouldn't put it past them. Check out part 2, and the China earthquake caused my HAARP below.
