In the first half of the show, Dr. John Hall talked about his work with victims of electronic harassment, stalking, and mind control and how this CIA/NSA technology is being used to track and intimidate people. Typical cases involve intentional stalking and break-ins to a home, combined with use of electromagnetic technologies that can cause a victim to hear voices in their head or surroundings, he reported. Additionally, female victims are often drugged and sexually assaulted, he added.

Hall has concluded that some type of shadow government is behind the attacks, which are mainly being perpetrated as an experiment on random subjects to test how the population can be controlled in various ways. He recently attended the Bioethics Commission, and presented evidence that electromagnetic weapons experimentation was taking place non-consensually. Hall argued to the Commission that stronger legislation needs to be imposed to protect people from unethical experimentation.

In the latter half, author and investigator Joshua P. Warren discussed his new book, Poor Man's Paranormal, a manual on how to use household items to document such phenomena as ghosts and UFOs. A person doesn't neccesarily need expensive or high-tech electronic gear to adequately investigate the unknown, he noted. Paranormal activity seems to have some type of electromagnetic connection, and some of his techniques take this into account such as using a balloon to detect unusual electrostatic fields.

One could use a phone to record EVPs instead of a tape recorder, Warren suggested. Simply call your voice mail and "talk out loud to whatever you think might be there-- hold that phone up, and then later listen to the voice mail message and see if something comes through." Among the other techniques he shared, were using an AM radio to detect UFO interference, and making footprint casts with kitchen ingredients.

Gang stalking is covert targeting by your local sheriff or police department which deny it's existence. It uses a civilian and corporate posse to harrass it's targets. They even get your neighbors, coworkers, businesses you frequent and relationships involved oficially to solicit their help but really to drive you to isolation. They try to get you evicted and fired. The reason Americans are so cooperative, quiet and afraid is that they have covertly helped government destroy targets and know the true system behind the system. Since 2008 it's being exported to the EU, India, China and elsewhere. Gang stalking's been going on in the U.S. since the 1920's starting with Ku Klux Klan (KKK). FBI ran a similar program Cointelpro from 1954 to 1971 (officially). Gang stalking really picked up pace in 2008 when federal stimulus dollars became available and local cops hustled to find scape goats in their jurisdictions to justify collecting and spending the funds. Europe however hasn't experienced gang stalking since the collapse of East Germany. Women make up 60% to 70% of the targets. Many legal immigrants, women in particular, have fled the U.S. due to gang stalking.

Now, I know a physicist who told me that they were tracking people in the lab by the electromagnetic frequency emitted by individual DNA. In other words, every living thing is an antenna that transmits and receives. We are electrical systems, and the DNA in every living thing has a unique frequency and signal. That is what they're using, what they're focusing on, and what they're weaponizing to completely control us. What is going on?

The J. Craig Ventor Institute, which you sent me the article, has as their mission as "to forge new life forms." And they are also involved in manipulated computer code on DNA.

What does this mean?

Well, Dr. Helen Wallace, from Gene Watch, in 2002 said: "We are in great danger," and she described this as a massive DNA database by the back door. What they're doing is using computing, medicine, technology, and the police state to converge into basically what is creating a totalitarian scientific oligarchy. Their purpose is to get this information and use it in discriminatory programs where the rich benefit and the poor are impacted negatively by these programs.

So as I was sitting there describing all of this to Dr. Parker and I was talking about HAARP... this is all integrated into the HAARP system...I knew that Dr Parker was not his real name. I knew that he was a CIA scientist. I knew he worked for the US Gov't, for the Dept of Defense, for the World Health Organization, and the UN at different times; and I knew that he was a microbiologist to view the whole field because he had to advise the government. And I just said, "Dr Parker, what is the application of this discovery that nanoparticles are transmitters?"

And, he caught his breath, and he said, "Well, it's to redesign the human genome." That's all.

Billboard By Human Rights Activists Warns of Electronic Harassment


On Monday, December 6, 2010, a billboard in Milwaukee sponsored by human rights activists in Michigan and Wisconsin displayed the plight of thousands of organized stalking and remote electronic torture victims nationwide in an ad that may lead to hope and help for many.


The Church Committee investigation and hearings of 1975 revealed the existence of secret mind control experimentation programs being conducted by the CIA. After the hearings, the CIA officially abandoned these programs. However, whistleblower reports state otherwise and the corroborating accounts of thousands of victims indicate the illegal, non-consensual research continued unabated. The findings of Church Committee Reports revealed widespread privacy rights abuses in the actions of the CIA, FBI, and NSA which ultimately, were not adequately addressed. And nowadays, because of the secrecy and lack of congressional oversight during the intervening decades, the research and development of mind control and surveillance technologies have advanced far beyond what most Americans would imagine.
